Yes! Your client list will be added to Vanco+ to execute the Campaign, and Vanco+ is hosted on Google Cloud and is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) approved. Meaning, you data is safe from any harm on the internet, as long as you don’t share your Username & Password with anyone.
Also, when it comes to our company and agreement, you are and will be at all times the owner of your contact list, and we will not in anyway use your contacts for any purpose other than your own Marketing Campaign.
The optimal Campaign will run for 10-15 days and during that time, we suggest 4-5 emails to be sent to clients. But, the sequence is completely customizable and we will finalize these details in your STEP 3 meeting.
We can import your contacts from an Excel Sheet (CSV.), and it includes their name, email, phone, website, address, any tags and notes. It will all be imported into your Vanco+ Account, which you have access to, and we will send all of the emails from there.
