We can import your contacts from an Excel Sheet (CSV.), and it includes their name, email, phone, website, address, any tags and notes. It will all be imported into your Vanco+ Account, which you have access to, and we will send all of the emails from there.
Vanco+ is hosted on Google Cloud and is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) approved. Meaning, your data is safe from any harm on the internet, as long as you don’t share Usernames & Passwords with anyone
Also, when it comes to our company and agreement, you are and will be at all times the owner of your contact list, and we will not in any way use your contacts for any purpose other than your own Marketing Campaign.
Your office will have 1 or 2 “Admin” access level accounts that can be used by Office Managers or Office Administrators. They will have access to add/remove team members to your account. Your invoice will be issued on the last day of the month and based on the number of active team members you have on that date.
Our Setup & Maintenance is a unique service offered by Vancoweb, which helps especially smaller offices, who don’t have the administrative staff to onboard them on the platform and maintain it for their members.
